These terms govern your use of Galvyn apps, including Compound (compound.galvyn.xyz and its iPhone app), and this website (together, the "Services"), operated by Galvyn, LLC("Galvyn", "we", "us"). By signing in to or using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• Each person signs in with their own account. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• In Compound, the household owner decides each member's role. A child may use Compound only when a parent in their household adds them.

Your data

• Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the Services to you and your household, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Some Services let you connect other accounts, such as a Google account. You can disconnect them at any time. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Services to break the law, to access data that isn't yours, or to interfere with or try to gain unauthorized access to the Services.

No professional advice

Numbers, summaries and AI answers in Galvyn apps are for your own information. They may be incomplete or wrong, because they depend on data from other services and from what you add. They are not financial, tax, investment or medical advice. Check anything important with the original source or a professional.

Provided as is

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Galvyn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses from using the Services or from them being unavailable.

Changes and ending your use

We may change or stop the Services, and we may update these terms. If we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. You can stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your data by emailing support@galvyn.xyz.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
